Emotion to ‘Catch-up’ Com-pounds the Situation

Being aware of the competition, you know that you are pitched in front of an array of candidates that are indulged in long-term preparation. With an aim to cover everything and to ‘catch-up’ with the other, you look for customized study-material and just immerse yourself in study.

There are numerous sites and toppers’ blogs that provide the booklists and study-resource gives candidates first-hand knowledge about what to read.

When you start, momentum builds up but, soon you are surrounded by lots of worries and anxiety. Your habits and self-limiting belief come in the way of your preparation that impedes the study-plan.

You have to lay a firm foundation for accomplishment and step-by- step have to move forward by showing strength to succeed.

Move Away from Distractions

When you are stepping out from your comfort zone and making attempt, you may sometimes find yourself surrounded by some people with negativity or involved in criticism.

In such situations you should ignore such people and make some efforts to regain optimism and stability. Ignore all unnecessary stuff and maintain continuity in your study- plan.

If there is something that brings you down or distracts you, you should keep yourself away from the negativity. It may be your friends, colleagues or may be some family members; it doesn’t matter, just stay away from all such distractions.

If it is not completely possible, at least you can spend less time with such people.
